Questions parents usually ask first.
Is every call really live?
Yes. Every call is a real-time, one-on-one experience with a live character. It is never pre-recorded or automated.
Who makes the calls?
Calls are made by real people who specialize in warm, encouraging child communication and character play.
How long is each call?
Most calls last around five magical minutes. The Ultimate Magic Kit includes a ten-minute call.
What types of calls can I request?
Lost teeth, first days, trying something new, nervous feelings, birthdays, milestones, and just-because surprises are all welcome.
How do I book a call?
Online booking is paused while the experience is being refreshed. For now, email hello@5minutefairy.com and we can help with timing or add you to the update list.
Who gets the call?
We call your number first. Once you answer, you can hand the phone to your child so they hear the magic directly.
What if I miss the call?
No worries. We try once more within five minutes. If the second attempt does not go through, we will reach out to reschedule.
Can siblings share a call?
The best experience is one child per call. If you want back-to-back sibling calls, send a note and we can help coordinate.
Where is the service available?
Live calls are currently available to families in the United States and Canada.
How much does it cost?
The starter call is $5. Keepsake bundles are available at $10 and $20.
Can I request a special message?
Yes. When booking is open, there will be space for notes, special phrases, and the details that make the call feel personal.
Is it safe?
Safety and kindness are central to the service. Performers are background-checked, and calls are not recorded unless you opt in for a keepsake option.
Will the Tooth Fairy mention dental care?
Yes, gently. The Tooth Fairy may include a friendly reminder about brushing and flossing or share a fun dental-health fact.
